Django Django's sixth album, Doveland, takes its name from an online urban myth about a vanished Midwestern town that exists only in memory. Inspired by the search for an impossible place, the band headed to the German countryside with producer Nick McCarthy and composer/producer Polly Ester to create their most personal and focused record yet. Across 12 songs, Doveland trades restless stylistic shifts for a more intimate approach, reflecting on loss, grief and the fragile nature of memory and human connection.
