Runo Plum introduces her debut album Patching, an intimate collection of indie rock songs shaped by heartbreak and healing. Written during a period of personal repair, the record balances softness with depth, capturing both the weight of loss and the relief of renewal. After years of quietly sharing intricate folk sketches online, Runo Plum began building a following with singles, EPs and support slots for artists including Searows, Angel Olsen and Hovvdy. Patching marks her most complete statement to date, recorded in a Vermont cabin with producer Lutalo and collaborator Noa Francis. Across twelve tracks, Patching explores the contradictions of love and loss with the frankness of early Julia Jacklin or Big Thief, its melodic arcs tumbling between hazy highs and deep lows. The result is a record that turns endings into openings, and solitude into song.
