Bruise Control are a Manchester punk four-piece with a loud, unruly presence that has made them a staple of the UK DIY scene. Their music draws on the aggression of early hardcore while weaving in jagged, melodic guitar lines inspired by indie’s scrappier corners, creating songs that hit hard but still stick in the head. Their latest EP was co-produced by guitarist Niall Griffin and reflects the raw, wired energy of their live shows, complete with shout-along choruses, abrasive vocals, and a restless, hook-driven pace.
