Featuring Mat Kerekes, Nick Hamm, Eric Hamm, Mason Mercer and Ben Russin, the record was tracked by Kerekes at his Toledo home studio and mixed by Tom Lorde-Alge. It balances the urgency of their early material with the broader, hook-led songwriting of later releases. Rather than reacting to what came before, Halcyon Blues absorbs it—bringing past approaches into a unified sound that feels direct and fully formed.
